Anthony Linell – Sheltering Skies

Anthony Linell lands on Northern Electronics with exactly the sort of stylish techno we have come to expect from this label. There is real power in these productions from the off as the opening cut 'Illusion Self' fizzes with synth texture that will frazzle the brain as the heavy drums march on. 'Sky Crash Over Me' then weaves its way through a techno undergrowth with snaking basslines and elongated synth liens all meandering along to make for a heady trip then 'Just To Feel Anything' goes down a darker path with an eerie late-night vibe and menace in the creeping bassline.
