Hydraulix label open the faucet for a fresh deluge of acid hardcore from Toni Alvarez, the Spanish techno artist known to have defected from a classically trained music background before seeing the light. Let it be known that 'Fast And Dark' EP is a strong testament to his conversion; the tracks on it are pummelling, cavernous and characteristically acidic - this is music that could either soundtrack the next apocalypse, or the any given horror/sci-fi franchise, blending dynamic kicks with great washes of pummel, acid and sweat. In other words, it's extreme stuff.
