Hoedus – Echoes Of The Unseen

The excellent Non Series label welcomes a debutant here as Hoedus steps up with a first four-tracker for the imprint. As is always the way with this label, it is deep, heady techno for dead-of-the-night sessions. 'I'll Be There For You' shimmers with paying synths and sleek linear drums all working you into a state of hypnosis. 'Abyss' gets more textured and paranoid with hissing sounds marbling the groove and 'Bitter Lies' shuts down with a more wispy and deft synth touch, icy atmospheres and a sense of the unknown.
