Always innovative Dutch label Nous Klaer Audio presents this bumper package from Martinou across a triple LP package and it more than deserves the space. For a debut album, this is hugely accomplished and evocative stuff. The opener is a dewy spring morning walk through a lush jungle and from there the captivating trip takes in sleek minimal rhythms, pulsing deep techno and lo-fi house bumpers that remain spacious and atmospheric. The likes of 'Cirrus Apparition' are seriously heady grooves that make a big impact with an economical palette and the whole thing is as well suited to home listening as it is careful DJ deployment.
