Tal Fussman / Skatman – From Somewhere Far / Hands Down

Time Passages Germany returns with 'TPX 02', the second release on the sub label Time Passages X, and continues the TPX tradition of releasing a very limited run of vinyl-only electro goodness. With clips of the track having circulated social media in a frenzy, Tal Fussman's 'From Somewhere Far' finally sees a release (much to the relief of your manic dub-hunter friend). For Fussmann, this track marks his return to the label after his 2025 LP 'Falling Apart Coming Together', and some return it is, as Justice-esque electro riffs and stabs coarse through the veins of marching kick drums and orchestral string pads to create a track that will undoubtedly be a highlight of any set it's spun in. On the second side, Skatman's label debut 'Hands Down' manages to command the dancefloor just as much as its counterpart, as hollers and chants of "Bossy Bad B****, Hands down" cloak this groovy number in a certain sexiness and desire that often marks a dancefloor weapon. These tracks will no doubt be sought after and in turn will surely become crate favourites amongst the finest selectors.
